Our initiatives include minimizing waste over the the entire life-cycle of transformers, maximizing recycling, and ensuring proper waste disposal.

We have successfully transitioned to 100% renewable energy at our main manufacturing facility, making a clear contribution to the green economy and sustainable energy transition on the journey towards a low-carbon future.

We have been championing sustainable development of the academic community for many years through a variety of innovations, collaborative efforts with educational institutions, and applied scientific research. A diverse group of scholars and researchers have shared their experience and knowledge with our industry.

We have established long-running cooperation with the Institution for Professional Rehabilitation and Employment of People with disabilities, supporting vocational rehabilitation and employment of people with disabilities.

Cooperation with the academia

We actively share knowledge and work closely with academic institutions such as the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing (FER), the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Naval Architecture (FSB), the Faculty of Chemical Engineering and Technology in Zagreb, and the Faculty of Engineering in Rijeka.

We frequently participate in specialized conferences and seminars on transformers, and regularly host students, teachers, and professors from various technical schools and universities. We are happy to welcome students and teachers with a background in social and natural sciences as well. Students from FER and FSB in Zagreb, as well as from Bosnia and Herzegovina, Austria, Germany, or Cyprus, visit us on a regular basis. Such study visits allow us ti bridge the gap between theory and practice, support their development and nurture their interest in technical fields.
