Welcoming FER students
We had the pleasure of hosting students from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing at the University of Zagreb (FER), under the esteemed leadership of Prof. Dr. Stjepan Stipetić from the Department of Electrical Machines and Automation.
As part of the visit, Bojan Jakovljević, M.Eng., conducted an in-depth technical presentation, introducing students to the latest regulations regarding electric motor efficiency, the development and design of the IE4 series asynchronous motors, advancements in design and production, the evolution of EC fans, and insights into a special electric motor project.
Following the presentation, the students participated in interactive discussions and were given an exclusive tour of our production facility, led by Marina Medić, M.Eng., where they could observe first-hand the real-world application of their theoretical knowledge.
The main goal of the presentation and tour was to give students tangible insights into how theoretical concepts are translated into practical engineering solutions. By demonstrating the intricacies of product development and outlining a clear, strategic process from concept to completion, we sought to bridge the gap between academic learning and industry practice.
We believe strongly in fostering a meaningful partnership between academia and industry. Our passion for inspiring and supporting the next generation of engineers drives our commitment to these collaborations, and we eagerly anticipate welcoming more students in the future.
