The process is fully automated via a PLC controlled module, enabling exact input/output management and minimizing variability. The system is fully adapted to ECO resin, enabling an environmentally friendly and efficient impregnation process. The thermal cycle comprising electrically heated furnace, preheating, and gelification stages is complemented by photovoltaic modules, achieving a sustainable 1:1 energy efficiency ratio.

Real time process monitoring provides end-to-end visibility, ensuring full operational transparency and control. With curing temperatures reaching 160°C, the system achieves optimal electrical and mechanical properties in windings, significantly enhancing final product quality. The upgrade increases production capacity by up to 70%, while simultaneously reducing human intervention, minimizing potential inconsistencies. 

Guided by LEAN manufacturing principles, the implementation maximizes throughput with a streamlined process cycle. Final integration with our centralized ventilation system guarantees optimal airflow regulation and stable processing conditions.
