New stator lead thermowelding machine
A new thermowelding machine has been successfully commissioned in the Winding Department for the IEC 56-100 small motor production line.
Specifically designed for joining enamelled wires and cables commonly used in the production of electric motors, transformers, coils, and other industrial components, the machine combines high-speed cycles with exceptional reliability and process repeatability.
The machine is equipped with an intuitive, user-friendly touchscreen interface and advanced software capable of managing up to 249 customizable programs. These programs offer fine-tuned control over power levels, active and passive timing, repeat cycles, and include three distinct heating modes and sequenced operations, allowing for precise, repeatable, and flexible control of the thermowelding process.
The deployment of this machine will significantly enhance production efficiency, cutting the processing time per motor from 3 minutes to just 30-50 seconds. This advancement will not only elevate the overall product quality but also streamline production workflows, leading to faster delivery times and improved responsiveness to customer demands.
Additionally, the machine is equipped with a fume extraction system featuring an activated carbon filter, effectively purifying any emitted vapors and significantly reducing both environmental and health risks. This feature underscores the company’s dedication to employee safety and its continued efforts to incorporate ISO 14001 environmental standards throughout its operations.
