One such success story is Josip Vlahović Babić, a 32-year-old who joined our company seven years ago and has since become an integral part of our team. Josip oversees LEAN operations within the Design and Electrotechnology departments, where he focuses on optimizing workflow, implementing advanced technologies, and managing new investments.

What is your role in the company?

My primary focus is on motor design and investment management. I am responsible for researching, selecting, and overseeing investments that align with the company’s strategic objectives, risk management framework, and project timelines.

 

How would you describe the company culture?

The culture here is both friendly and dynamic, but also professional and challenging. After seven years, I can confidently say that I’m part of a stable corporate environment that encourages open communication, fosters mutual respect, and promotes the growth and development of its employees.

 

How do you spend your free time?

I’m grateful for the variety of activities the company offers beyond work. For example, we have a weekly soccer game, and I also take advantage of the complimentary membership to the company’s chess club.
