The nominal share capital amounts to €20,449,280 and consists of 511,232 shares each in the nominal value of €40. The share capital consists of 388,376 ordinary shares (KODT-R-A) and 122,856 shares without voting rights. Shares are issued in dematerialized form. The share capital is paid in full.
