Special vehicles
Measurement train is self-propelled vehicle designed to monitor, measure, and record track conditions with precision. Built on the reliable platform of our current electric and diesel-electric trains, this high-floor vehicle is powered by a diesel engine and can reach speeds of up to 140 km/h on both electrified and non-electrified tracks.

Maintenance services and resources rental

Approved by the Ministry of the Sea, Transport, and Infrastructure, we are a trusted provider of railway vehicle maintenance. Our specialized workshops and infrastructure ensure all types of repairs and maintenance are expertly handled.
We carry out a variety of customer-specific mechanical and electrical calculations. When necessary, we perform specialized measurement of mechanical quantities on stationary and mobile objects – stress, vibrations, oscillation speeds, displacements, pressures, temperatures and similar.

Fourteen low-floor trams delivered to Liepajas Tramvajs
In 2018, we entered into a framework agreement with Liepājas tramvajs for the delivery of six low-floor trams type LT 2300, for the needs of public transport in the Latvian city of Liepaja. Over the next few years, 2 more contracts were signed for an additional 8 vehicles. The final, 14th tram was delivered to Liepaja in December 2022.
The project is the result of synergy among all KONČAR Group members, who actively participated in the design and manufacturing of all components.This delivery has brought contemporary and functional public transport to the residents and visitors of Liepaja.
