KONČAR gave a presentation on manufacturing and technological capabilities before government representatives, the academic community, local partners and executives from various Montenegrin companies operating in the fields of transport and power generation, transmission and distribution. At the business meeting in Podgorica, the attendees were greeted by the President of the Management Board of KONČAR, Gordan Kolak, along with his associates. During the formal part of the meeting speeches were also delivered by the President of the Chamber of Economy of Montenegro, Vlastimir Golubović, and the Vice President for International Affairs and EU, Ivan Barbarić.

Over the past few decades, KONČAR has been present on the Montenegrin market in the fields of transport (locomotive modernization) and energy. KONČAR Group companies have carried out numerous projects, including construction of hydro power plants and delivery of generators, transformers, excitation systems and other equipment from KONČAR’s product range for various hydro power plants, including Perućica, Piva (Mratinje), Liverovići, Glava Zete, etc. In recent years, our sales on the Montenegrin market have primarily included delivery of equipment, mostly manufactured by KONČAR – Instrument Transformers and KONČAR – Distribution and Special Transformers.
