KONČAR Group has successfully completed the acquisition of a majority stake in NEOS d.o.o., one of Croatia’s leading software development companies specializing in digital solutions for the energy, telecommunications, financial, and public sectors. With more than 20 years of continuous growth and technological advancement, NEOS has established itself as a trusted provider of advanced digital technologies. The transaction was finalized on 2 January 2026, when KONČAR – Digital Ltd. assumed management control of NEOS, marking NEOS’s official entry into the KONČAR Group.

The NEOS team, now comprising more than 150 experts, joins one of the largest industrial groups in the region. The founders and key members of the management team will remain actively involved in leading the company, ensuring continuity and further business development. Denis Burmaz, Executive Director of KONČAR’s Digital Solutions and Platforms Business Area, will take on the role of President of the Management Board of NEOS. He will be joined on the Management Board by Davorin Capan, one of the company’s three founders, who will serve as Management Board Member.

NEOS is widely recognized as a technology partner in developing business applications, advanced analytics systems, and cloud solutions that enable efficient management of complex systems, optimization of business processes, and real-time processing of large data volumes – particularly in infrastructure-intensive industries such as energy.

For KONČAR, this acquisition represents a major step forward in strengthening its digital business segment. By combining NEOS’s technologies and expertise with KONČAR’s industrial footprint and market reach, the Group is creating a powerful platform for developing new high‑value solutions for both domestic and international markets.
