Agreement on the purchase and sale of shares in a limited liability company HELB
Today we signed a Share Purchase Agreement on the purchase of a 75% ownership share in a limited liability company HELB Ltd. with its registered office in Božjakovina, Industrijska ulica 1, Republic of Croatia.
The Sale and purchase agreement defines, inter alia, a series of terms and legal actions which the contracting parties shall perform for the purpose of the completion of the transaction and acquisition of the ownership share by KONČAR Inc. This includes, among other things, obtaining appropriate concentration approvals in accordance with the applicable legislation.
HELB Ltd. is an engineering company specializing in the design, production, construction, management and maintenance of electric power plants.
With the aforementioned acquisition, we want to expand and improve our own resources and competencies, increase system flexibility, and expand our portfolio of products and services in the field of power engineering.
