In the event of operational defects or damage to products within the warranty period (warranty claim form), caused by material or manufacturing defects, please submit a claim with the following details:

  • Delivery note or invoice number corresponding to the product shipment
  • Catalog reference of the defective item (factory and code number)
  • Reason for the claim, including a clear description of the defect, supported by images and/or videos

Important note:

General descriptions like “Not working” will not be accepted. A specific explanation of the problem is required. Defects or damage caused by improper handling during transport, storage, or installation are not considered valid claims. Likewise, if the product was disassembled before being returned during the warranty period, the claim will not be valid.

 

Declaration of warranty

Our quality management system is ISO 9001 certified, ensuring that our products are thoroughly inspected during production and prior to dispatch, at which point a warranty certificate is issued. Should any defects or malfunctions arise due to faulty workmanship or poor materials, we commit to resolving the issue at our cost within the warranty period, ensuring that the product meets its guaranteed performance.

The warranty is valid for 12 months as per our general terms of sale or as specified in the contract, commencing from the date of sale or receipt of the product.

Customers are required to adhere to the usage and maintenance instructions provided with each product. In case of a defect, the customer is required to submit the delivery note or invoice as warranty validation. Should our inspection confirm the defect within the warranty period, we will bear the full cost of service. If the defect occurs beyond the warranty period, the customer will be responsible for any related service charges.
