- 1947 - Initiated the production of 36 kV oil-insulated instrument transformers
- 1952 - Expanded to manufacturing 123 kV instrument transformers
- 1962 - Commenced development and production of 245 kV instrument transformers
- 1965 - Introduced epoxy resin-insulated instrument transformers
- 1973 - Launched 420 kV instrument transformers
- 1991 - Emerged under the current name following a significant organizational restructure
- 1992 - Developed combined instrument transformers (type VAU)
- 2003 - Manufactured 525 kV and 765 kV instrument transformers for the Russian market
- 2006 - Established a joint venture in Shenyang, China, in partnership with TBEA
- 2006 - Launched high-power voltage transformers
- 2010 - Expanded into the Indian market with 800 kV instrument transformer production
- 2017 - Developed high-voltage reactors for HVDC substations (type VNP)
- 2020 - Expanded medium-voltage product range with combined units and high-power voltage transformers
- 2022 - Set a benchmark in sustainability by embedding biodegradable fluids in GREEN LINE instrument transformers
- 2024 - Introduced combined high-power transformers (type SVE)
