This shipment consisted of two identical transformer tanks for our valued, long-term customer, Royal SMIT Transformers in the Netherlands.

Designed for offshore application, these tanks were built to meet exceptionally rigorous standards for surface treatment, non-destructive testing, and anti-corrosion protection, as outlined by the customer.

Alongside the typical inspections, the project was distinguished by comprehensive oversight from the end clients throughout the production process. The total weight of 70 tons included nine tons of intricate domes, with half composed entirely of stainless steel, further adding to the complexity. Each tank was equipped with testing systems, necessitating two full trial assemblies.

This successful delivery reaffirms our expertise in meeting the most stringent requirements within the transformer tank industry.
