Blast cleaning process
The blast cleaning process involves the mechanical removal of corrosion products and the roughening of the metal surface to enhance adhesion for coatings or metal cladding.
For steel surfaces, we use angular abrasive media (shot), specifically selected to ensure effective surface preparation.
For zinc-coated metals (hot-dip galvanized) and stainless steel, we employ sand and, upon request, corundum as abrasive media to achieve optimal cleaning results.
