Surface protection
Our production facilities are equipped with state-of-the-art technology to apply advanced metal surface protection against corrosion, using the following techniques:
Electrostatic powder coating
This process creates a protective layer that provides high chemical and mechanical resistance, shielding the metal from corrosion, abrasion, and adverse weather conditions.
We offer powder coating in all RAL colors and surface textures. Compliant with ecological standards, this method is the most environmentally and health-conscious solution for metal surface protection.
Galvanic protection
Galvanic protection, also known as electroplating, encompasses a range of electrochemical processes where a layer of one metal is applied to the surface of another.
We offer the following galvanic protection techniques:
- Zinc coating for iron and steel
- Silver plating for copper and copper alloys
- Tin plating for copper and copper alloys
Coating thicknesses range from 3 to 25 μm, depending on specific application needs and the required level of protection.
Chemical protection
We also employ chemical protection techniques such as manganese phosphating for iron and steel, enhancing surface durability and corrosion resistance.
These surface protection methods provide reliable resistance against atmospheric influences, corrosion, and abrasion. Additionally, they can act as a preparatory base for subsequent coatings, ensuring long-lasting and effective protection across various applications.
