Our switchgear is manufactured from high-quality steel sheets, precisely fabricated using CNC machining for exceptional accuracy. To ensure long-lasting corrosion protection, all surfaces are powder-coated, typically in RAL 7032 or a color specified by the customer. The welded and interconnected sections create a robust and rigid housing with fully segregated compartments, including busbar, apparatus, cable connection, low-voltage, and, where applicable, instrument transformer compartments. 

Each primary compartment is equipped with a pressure relief duct, designed to safely redirect pressure in the event of an internal arc fault. This innovative design prioritizes safety for both personnel and the environment while providing a gas-free solution without the use of SF6.

A vital element of every switchgear, our vacuum circuit breakers are engineered and tested to meet the latest standards, offering optimized dimensions and weight for both withdrawable and fixed configurations. 

Featuring advanced motor-spring operating mechanisms, these breakers provide a modern and efficient solution, ensuring a long service life with safe, reliable, and highly efficient performance. The mechanisms support both manual and remote operations through motor drives and tripping triggers.

Mounted on withdrawable trolleys, the breakers are equipped with primary contact systems and connectors for seamless control functionality. All operations, including closing, opening, and transitioning the breaker between test and operational positions, are conducted with the switchgear door securely closed to maximize user safety. Breaker selection is tailored to align with the technical specifications defined by the project. Designed to comply with IEC 62271-100 and other applicable standards, these breakers can be easily integrated into BVK switchgear, accommodating various types and models with minimal modifications to meet specific customer requirements.

The three-pole earthing switch, with a rated voltage of 7.2 to 38 kV, is designed in accordance with IEC 62271-102. Operated from the front of the switchgear behind closed doors, the earthing switch features a spring-operated mechanism and full short-circuit making capability.

Our current and voltage transformers are vacuum-cast using epoxy resin with superior insulation and mechanical properties. Developed and manufactured in compliance with IEC 61869-2 and IEC 61869-3, they provide precise and reliable performance.
