Contract Signed for High-Performance Excitation Systems in the UK

We are proud to announce the signing of a contract with our trusted partner, EES, in the United Kingdom for the supply of two high-performance excitation systems.

This is the latest success in our ongoing partnership, focusing on the supply and commissioning of systems across England.

Excitation Systems in the UK

These excitation systems are designed for synchronous generators driven by gas turbines, each with a power output of 137 MVA, and are scheduled for delivery in 2024 and 2025. The end user employs Carbon Capture and Storage (CCS) technology, which captures and stores carbon dioxide in deep geological formations to mitigate emissions.

Both excitation systems will be equipped with our state-of-the-art dual-channel digital voltage regulator and redundant thyristor converters, ensuring high reliability and operational efficiency. We will collaborate closely with EES on system design, factory testing, and final commissioning.
