With many years of experience, we successfully perform maintenance on a wide range of motors, adapting to the specific needs of each maintenance project. Our long-standing tradition includes regular inspections and major overhauls of high-voltage motors at the Krško Nuclear Power Plant, where we conduct maintenance activities on 14 high-voltage motors every 18 months.

Depending on the scope of the job, we carry out motor servicing either on-site at the customer’s facility or at our in-house production facility.

Some of the key maintenance activities include:

• Visual inspection
• Electrical and mechanical testing prior to disassembly
• Fault diagnostics
• Disassembly and reassembly work
• Repair or replacement of bearings
• Insulation repair on stator windings, either by re-winding the affected area or complete rewinding
• Insulation repair on rotor windings
• Fabrication of replacement or spare parts
• Supply of a new rotor
• Supply of a new stator
• No-load testing in accordance with IEC standards
• Rotor balancing
