Development of technical documentation
The initial phase of the design process for each machine involves the preparation of detailed technical documentation.
The Technical Department, comprising around 80 engineers from various specialized disciplines such as electrical design, mechanical design, technological development, and technological solutions, plays a key role in the creation of technical documentation.
The preparation of technical documentation is guided by the requirements specified in the technical specifications for each project and customer.
General technical specifications outline the customer’s requirements for all equipment, services, and operations. In contrast, specific technical specifications detail the unique requirements of each project, which are comprehensively integrated into the technical documentation.
The documentation development process is divided into several stages. Initially, documentation is drafted and submitted to the customer for review and approval. Once approved, manufacturing documentation is generated, which initiates the procurement process for materials, parts, and services, and begins the production of generator components. The final stage involves the creation of as-built documentation, incorporating any changes made during the assembly, commissioning, and trial operation phases.
