Since its inception in 1992, the HUM CROMA Awards have been a benchmark of excellence, recognizing outstanding executives and entrepreneurs at the close of each business year. Criteria include market share, export growth, job creation, and innovation, alongside a company’s commitment to social responsibility, sustainability, and forward-thinking strategies to address climate change.

The distinguished jury comprises esteemed business leaders, previous "Manager of the Year" awardees, members of HUM CROMA’s Executive and Governing Boards, as well as representatives from industry associations, media, and the academic community.
