Mamforce Grow Standard and Inc. BEST Inclusive Employer Awards 2024
After achieving the basic Mamforce Standard over the past year, we continued working towards creating a supportive, adaptable, and inclusive work environment.
As part of the Mamforce community, several new projects were launched with the aim of improving internal communication within the organization, strengthening team spirit, and positively influencing the change in leadership and organizational culture.
Additionally, during this period, we placed extra emphasis on the well-being of our employees, achieving a balance between work and private life, and providing benefits that contribute to the overall well-being of our staff.
All of this resulted in further progress within the Mamforce community, leading to the achievement of the Mamforce Grow Standard.
In response to receiving the new certificate, the Head of the Legal Department, Human Resources, and General Affairs, Martina Barbarić Baričević, said: "Continuing to work with the Mamforce team has opened up new opportunities for in-depth analysis of projects and existing HR practices, through which we identified new opportunities for improvement. In addition to areas for progress, we have also recognized our strengths and advantages, such as the balanced representation of women at all hierarchical levels in relation to the total number of women in the company, as well as the absence of gender bias in salaries."
In this context, we received another important recognition, the Q BEST Inclusive Employer Awards 2024. Within the framework of the Inc.Q BEST Inclusive Employer Awards 2024, we achieved the best results in the categories based on our employees' experiences:
- Best Tech Company for Diversity and Inclusion
- Best Tech Company for Well-being
- Best Tech Company for Women
This award confirms everything the company has been systematically working on for decades - focusing on a good balance between private and professional life, which certainly contributes to the overall well-being of our employees. In this direction, new initiatives were launched, including the Mental Health Awareness Month, during which a series of workshops and lectures were organized, encouraging employees to recognize the importance of taking care of their mental health, contributing greatly to the overall well-being of our staff.
Gender equality, high representation of women in leadership positions, and the absence of gender bias in salaries are values we nurture and goals we set high and largely achieve.
The recognition of our progress and the raising of HR practice standards is confirmed by employee feedback as well as new standards such as the Mamforce Grow Standard and the Inc.Q BEST Inclusive Employer Award.
