Leading the way with Equal Pay certification
Starting in 2026, equal pay for men and women for work of equal value will become mandatory for nearly all employers. Yet, five Croatian companies have already set this standard by earning the INC.Q Equal Pay Certificate.
We are proud to be not just among the first but to hold the distinction of being the very first to receive this certification.
