Integrating Real-Intelligence in Energy Management Systems enabling Holistic Demand Response Optimization in Buildings and Districts

The HOLISDER project enables buildings to contribute to the stability of power grids and to pave the way for a significant reduction of end-user energy costs (up to 45%). The HOLISDER project builds an open, interoperable and mature framework addressing the needs of the whole demand response chain. HOLISDER enables the end users to participate in the market through implicit and hybrid active demand response schemes. The HOLISDER tool suite enables open, modular and interoperable data management and communication to the level of residential and commercial buildings. In this project, KONČAR connects renewable energy sources and building management systems to the main project platform. The project pilots are located in Helsinki, Belgrade, London and Athens.
