The principles of corporate governance pertain to the rules of prudent management, establishing procedures based on internationally recognized standards, and oversight over business conduct, with the purpose of establishing high corporate governance standards and transparency of operations as the basis for protection of shareholders, investors and other stakeholders, employee well-being, sustainable development and environmental protection.

These principles are based on the positive regulations of the Republic of Croatia as well as on adopted international standards.
