In February 2021, we delivered a MV power transformer as part of the K20 TS located near Göteborg in Sweden. The transformer has a rated power of 40 MVA and a rated voltage of 145 kV. Given that the project is situated in a water protection area, the customer pursued an eco-friendly solution.

The unique feature of the chosen transformer oil is its ability to biodegrade, derived from renewable hydrocarbons (bio-waste), effectively reducing its environmental impact. The product not only complies with, but it also exceeds the IEC 60296 specification and boasts the best cooling properties in its class.
