Mario Radaković, Member of the Management Board

Mario Radaković brings to KONČAR’s Management Board a wealth of experience, having previously served as a Member of the Supervisory Board at KONČAR Inc., with active roles on both the Audit and Strategic Development Committees.

He began his career at Accenture in Frankfurt as an analyst in IT consulting. Following the 2002 pension reforms, he joined PBZ Croatia Osiguranje, progressing from analyst and fund manager to a seat on the Management Board by 2007.

Appointed by parliamentary decision in 2012, he served a six-year term as a Member of the Board of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency (HANFA). In this capacity, he represented HANFA in the European Systemic Risk Board (ESRB) and the Financial Stability Council, while also acting as Senior Project Officer (SPO) for EU-funded programs. During the past four years, he has occupied key leadership roles - including President, Management Board Member, and Advisor - across three pension fund-owned companies, leveraging his expertise in finance, controlling, corporate governance, project management, and strategic planning. 

Radaković earned his degree in Mathematical Statistics and Computing from the Faculty of Science, University of Zagreb, in 2000. His professional credentials include certifications in finance and risk management, such as a licensed Pension Fund Manager, the CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) designation, and the SCR (Sustainability and Climate Risk) certification from GARP. In addition, he holds qualifications in IT and project management, including ITIL Expert and PRINCE2 Practitioner certifications.
