Although the transformer tank weighs a relatively modest 34 tons, the stringent requirements presented a significant challenge.

Due to the low temperatures at the specific installation site, we had to meet exceptionally high standards for material quality, weld integrity, and corrosion protection. The project also required two trial assemblies and extensive test-fitting of equipment. 

Meticulous planning of capacity and timelines for material procurement, production preparation, and manufacturing was critical to the project’s success. 

Our procurement, planning, and production management teams played essential roles in this process.
