With a long-standing history in producing generators for small hydropower plants, which undergo final testing in-house, we have delivered a wide variety of generator types.

Our process includes the development, design, and manufacturing of these generators, either as one-off units or in small batches. We also manage assembly, testing, and final preparations for shipment.

Key features of our small hydrogenerators include:

• Rated voltage from 400 V to 13.8 kV
• Stator windings made from coils
• Vacuum Pressure Impregnation (GVPI)or Resin Rich (RR) insulation system
• Cylindrical rotor or salient pole rotor
• Brushless excitation (with PMG as an option)
• Open or closed cooling configurations (with or without a heat exchanger)
• Maximum stator diameter of up to 2,500 mm

A standout project for us is the successful delivery of three generators for the Akhalkalaki 1 SHP in Georgia, supplied to the Icelandic-Georgian power company. Each generator is rated at 3,000 kVA and operates at 600 rpm.
