At the end of 2022, we secured a contract for the delivery of MV AIS switchgear panels to the end-user Etihad Water and Electricity from the United Arab Emirates (UAE). The contracted switchgear, with 12kV rated voltage, 2,500 A rated current, and 31.5 kA output short-circuit current bearable, has demanding technical features.

The plants have been contracted by two UAE-based engineering companies for the needs of Seith Dibba TS and Najaimat TS.

The advanced switchgear is highly complex and features sophisticated equipment. The realization of such plants required extensive know-how and skills of all experts working on the design, assembly, wiring and testing, culminating in factory handover, which was carried out in April 2023. Once the equipment is delivered to northern UAE, our representatives instructed the local staff and monitored the assembly and connection to the existing plant.
