KONČAR – Infrastructure and Services

As part of facility management, we provide leasing services for all vacant premises across all KONČAR facilities. We lease available manufacturing facilities, office premises and warehouses at a variety of locations in Zagreb and the surrounding area.

We provide 24/7 protection for facilities and assets. We monitor the flow of people, conduct facility surveillance, manage and maintain fire prevention systems, keep records such as control and inspection logs, ensure compliance with legal regulations and carry out the necessary supervision. We also patrol and monitor parking lots and roads, and conduct rapid response tasks.

We provide cleaning and maintenance services for office premises across KONČAR’s facilities. Our tasks also include cleaning roads, parking lots, and sidewalks within the manufacturing sites. We ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of our sites, take care of proper waste disposal, and ensure full compliance with environmental protection and waste management regulations. All these activities are part of KONČAR's extensive initiatives directed at reducing adverse environmental impact.

Many of our facilities are surrounded by stunning vegetation, and the enduring charm of the greenery is a legacy we have traditionally cherished.
Our landscaping services include mowing, tree planting, and pruning.

We provide a multitude of support services that are essential for the excellence of KONČAR Group. For example, we manage the telephone exchange, recharge batteries, handle logistics,  carry out internal mail distribution, and operate the copy centre and manage the central archive.
