Transformer tanks
Alongside structural steel, we incorporate stainless steel, aluminum, and copper into transformer production as required.
Each of these materials is welded using MAG, MIG, TIG, and EPP methods, ensuring optimal performance and durability.
Post-welding, we conduct leak tests on welds using either penetrant testing (PT UV) or pressure testing and verify weld integrity with customer-specified NDT methods, such as visual testing (VT), penetrant testing (PT), magnetic particle testing (MT), and ultrasonic testing (UT). Following the manufacturing of all components, we perform a full test assembly to confirm functionality and dimensional accuracy across the entire project.
Our production facility is outfitted with cranes capable of handling loads up to 63 tons and a working height of 11 meters, enabling us to handle the production of large-scale and complex transformer tanks.
These tanks are manufactured in full alignment with customer specifications, detailed drawings, and 3D models.
Our comprehensive production process includes position preparation (cutting, grinding, bending, beveling), machining, assembly and welding of components, trial assembly, shot blasting, painting, and packaging. Our Quality Control team, in conjunction with the Technical Office, provides continuous oversight to maintain high standards and exacting precision throughout each phase.
