We signed a strategic cooperation agreement with the German company PSI Software AG, leading supplier of software solutions for monitoring and controlling processes in complex systems for utilities and industry. On behalf of KONČAR – Digital the agreement was signed by the CEO Goran Leci and Stjepan Sučić, Member of the Management Board with Michael Wolf, Marketing and Sales Director of PSI Software AG.

KONČAR digital solutions are used across Europe, Asia, Africa and South America. A new product in the business portfolio is the advanced digital solution PROZA Station for real-time management of distribution or transmission substations. The solution was developed on the modern SCADA software platform PROZA HAT, and it features cloud container application as a key advantage. This results in greater availability and efficiency, as well as lower implementation and maintenance costs. This new digital solution can also be applied for the complete real-time monitoring and management of edge data centers.

An important contribution to the development of high-tech solutions and their implementation in urban infrastructures will now be provided to KONČAR by PSI Software. The PSI Group develops software products for optimizing the flow of energy and materials for utilities (energy grids, energy trading, public transport) and industry (metals production, automotive, mechanical engineering, logistics). The industry-specific products, which are built from standard components, are sold both directly and via the multi-cloud PSI App Store and can be customized by customers and partners themselves. PSI was founded in 1969 and employs nearly 2,200 people worldwide.
